    Hehe fair play.

I had intentions of staying for a soup and roll, plus a pint in the Pendle, but decided on jumping in my car and heading straight home.

How did the Dutch road runners get on? I bet they had a laugh!

Ah sorry you missed out on a raffle prize Merry, feel really bad now for dragging you away.

Nice to see Tussockface, John Cox, Cheese and IDP. Told you you'd get sub 3 hours Ian! Well done Cheese, great result this year, it makes a massive difference when you know where you're going!

Big thanks to all the organisers and marshals who braved the wind and rain for so long, and especially the little chap at the final gate who was stood in a bog collecting tags, it's very much appreciated, the race wouldn't be on if it weren't for you.

That 'little chap at the gate' was none other than Bill Smith, author of Studmarks on the Summits. He also marshalled CP4 so he was out there for a very long time.

Wow! Yes I saw him on CP4 and on the way back. I've seen him many times before, he's a lovely chap.
