Just think of the merchandising opportunities - I hear there are some small concerns called adidas and nike that dont get much of a look in at the fell scene, after this designer kit coulkd be de rigeur.
£2.2 million budget to make a film about our sport. Be cheaper to stick all the YouTube clips together and make our own!

Perhaps we should get the author David Peace to write a fictional version of fell running, then get it made into a film "THEM DAMNED FELL RUNNERS."
