Aiming to do Eskdale. Did our first XC yesterday. I find them harder than any other sort of racing for some reason
A no show for MG today I'm afraid....boo hoo.....had man flu all week and a pain in the neck.....I would have gone anyway being a auld toughie....but the other half has nagged me out of it.....I'm sad to be missing out on cakes but glad to be indoors and out of the torrential rain.
Divn't bother MG, sometimes better to pull out and save it for another day, don't mean your not a toughie.
Was due to do a 30 miler training run run today but still struggling with BOYflu, banged me knee on a chest of drawers and had a crap night last night and ended up drinking far too much apple juice resulting in a bald mess with slit eyes that don't feel like doing owt today
