Vests I've been using are Nike fit, medium UK 38-40
Thought I'd ask tho as I haven't got a normal club vest.... reason being they have no XL! Don't know where they sourced them, but their sizing must be way off.
Looks like I'll be asking the Master for a Medium.

I knew it was wet in Eskdale as my mate ran it on the morning and also turned out at the XC , hero and at 59 years old.
Hope you get the calf to the vet soon, and you are able to turn out on the terrible 3 lapper of G,boro woods race.

Medium should be fine,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but go for the illuminous green, it puts the other runners off their stride.
