Great effort - well done guys. Adam is 21 I think, and that was his 3rd Tanky's. Also, he did his BG last year. What's he going to do when he grows up? Sorry, Adam - only kidding!

Well done to everyone today, found it hard work with BOYflu still knocking hell out of me!
Thanks to Andy and Ian and all concerned for putting the race on, thanks also to Geoff B for the scoff and drink and Manhar for the crimble cake, top blokes.
Had a few close shaves with the bogmonster, one of them head first, be reet, wet wipes next time daz, well done on the 2nd place.
Oh, and a big thanks to Mrs.Stagger for the transport

Happy enough with my run under 5 hours (might have been nearer 6 if i had gone the scenic route)

I managed to scrape in 6th beating my target time with 3.24.

Thanks to one and all for the support and encouragement all the way round.
However top of torside/bleaklow was a bit bleak - i seemed to be by myself for long stages.
Decided not to follow the majority of runners but stick with the route that i had reccied previously.
Will need to reccie the alternatives next time!
Really enjoyed the day. should be back for more in the future!

Thanks to all the organisors and helpers, they were all in abundance, thanks to the MR men although the sausages frying nearly had me anchoring on for a picnic!!

Thanks also to the splendiferous Geoff B for the jelly baby and water duty and to the lovely Manhar stood all on his lonesone on a very windy hill with Christmas cake, what a star Have you thawed out yet, you looked frozen, dedication indeed and much appreciated.

Enjoyed the run even if was endless torrents of water, thigh deep bogs, slippy and very slidy flags, wind, rain and HAIL ...ooooooouch!

Well done all.

Daz was that a go faster hat you had on Very well done, don't drop your mug!

I got value for money again! Not quite sure I'll be queuing up for an entry next year (another one done - ticked the box!) Think the effects of a week in the States and a road marathon have taken more out of me than I thought.

Some absolutely cracking views. Think I'll go back in the car to have another look!
