    Re: Today's Training

Err...a walk around my usual trail run route past The Strid. Start at the ford after driving through it as fast as possible, then up the eastern side to Barden bridge before going back down the western side on the top path. Running's out at the moment so i'm a walker again

Just on the offchance was that a forumite running up towards the wooden bridge at around 3.00?

About 9.5 miles from home up to Ringinglow then over Burbage Moor to Burbage Bridge, Higgar Tor, Toads Mouth, Parson House, Houndkirk Road and back. Loads of water and gloop about.
    Also several runners.........

    Re: Today's Training

Up at 4.30 this morning for a quick, hilly, road run. Followed this with week 1 day 1 of the Burpees (again) and some weights. At work, started again with the Pull Ups.

Tonight the Press Ups and some ITB stretches.

Might step my weights up and hit the Cyclone in the New Year. Grr.

When you gotta go, you gotta go! On the verge of making the facilities guys crumble and get a shower fitted at the office. This'll mean lunchtime/before work runs, and not getting up at silly times. Here's hopin'...

Been, went for a 45min jog round the woods, every morning now the dog gets his jog.

I have to get up that much eariler but its well worth it.

As my leg strength comes back I might get a run or cycle on a couple of evenings or weekends
