    Re: Today's Training

I went for another headtorch run this evening, over the moors instead of along the canal. I probably went a bit slower than normal, but I got some hilly bits in, slipped about, tripped, and gashed my shin. I think I did about eight miles in total, and got home laughing my head off!
I'm filthy, the dog's filthy, but it was certainly exhilarating!!!

Started in daylight, ended in the dark, could just about see where I was going, last bit on road with streetlights a bit of a shock. Must remember to take headtorch when setting off at a quarter to four next time!

Another short dog rehab run last night - she's up to 2.5 miles, a couple of climbs and a fast descent now

Also managed 13 miles on the road bike on the way to work yesterday.

Hopefully get a night time run on Rushup Edge later.

Usual 5 miler at a higher pace, and with some hill reps on the res at the end.

    Hill reps are killer!!
