    10,000 a couple of weeks ago, only 6,000 last week, but on course for 10,000 by close of play on sunday. Been out with Mini-Merry doing short hill reps totalling about 700ft with 25lb rucksack on back, good training for both of us

    I've done four or five 5000-6000ft weeks and feeling best I've felt for probably two years Proper training starts in New Year

    Me too, full time athlete as of today, no work to interfere with training, keep us posted mate, free any day and could cycle to yours, as long as its not signing on day

    10,000 a week....Not needed! Where did this come from?? On what basis was it decreed for the BG??? I'm not confident of its merits...... I know what go tme prep'd and round...
