Thank you - I appreciate that, however I think you're the only one, given from some of the responses I get most people reach for a shotgun.

Oh and I really am taking a head torch and a book.

for those not from KCAC planning to attend tonights Wednesday run, please see text below from club website posted by Victoria (nickname Victottia )

    Victottia addresses the Club

It’s that time of year when all thoughts turn towards Christmas and I mentioned this to my Simon…

Until one feels the spirit of Christmas, there is no Christmas. All else is outward display-so much tinsel and decorations. For it isn’t the holly, it isn’t the snow. It isn’t the tree not the firelight’s glow. It’s the warmth that comes to the hearts of men when the Christmas spirit returns again.

I’ve always wanted to be Father Christmas. Think how easy life would be, buy one big brown belt and you’re accessorised for life.

So with this in mind, I decree that the Wednesday night run tomorrow – 16th Dec shall be the official K & C Christmas Tat Run.

Every runner shall wear some Christmas artefact, whether it be a hat, a pair of flashing antlers or in Russ’s case an Elves costume.

I shall, of course, be running in my cheeky Father Christmas number with the red stockings and my Simon will be one of Santa’s Little Helpers, just like he is at home

For those failing to come suitably attired – a £1 fine will be levied which I shall collect whilst administering a suitable Christmas rebuke.

Problem with having two pairs of trainers...which to wear? Walshes or Swoops?
