wont it be a bit chaotic at 10:30am the last Saturday before Xmas. I dont fanct getting trapped in my car in Keswick, as it can be pretty awful sometimes.

Well last year we did the same but it was the day before christmas eve....the car park was nearly empty and the only people at the moot hall where people setting up the market.
When we where off the fells most of the shoppers had gone.
