14m/2618ft headtorch on for last 5m, felt surprisingly strong all the way, usually die at some point these days!?
Oh well, better make the most of it, like all good things, it'll come to an end

Managed my first fell run in yonks today, must be at least a year...maybe longer

So a nice gentle run (of sorts) around the Edale fell race route. I may have been a bit slow but it felt good to be back out there

A partial headtorch run from home - really only needed it for one bridleway and riverside path. 49 mins total.

Good effort ML, I am grubbing around with 3 milers a the moment trying to nurse my calf back to some sort of normality. Enjoy the training and the Lakes.

Good stuff merry! You're knocking hell out of it!

What's up with your calf Ady? You torn it, or is it part of ongoing Achilles issues?
