    I did my Cheesden Brook circuit today but missed out Deeply Hill so it was about 13k. Snow looked great in the fields only spoiled by me leaving my Walsh imprints in it .

    Got to the required level to pass. Wasn't allowed to go for max effort, but will be able to next time.

    I've heard the top PTI can get to level 14, I'm aiming for 15 hehe.

    5mile 1000ft on the snowy hills.

    Increased cadence, shortened stride = no falling over

    The odd close call though hehe

    5.5 miles on snowy/icy Chevin - had to walk down the 'river track' as lethal ice in parts -hence only averaging 12min miles

    First time out of doors proper. can't stay in for a minute longer. Walk with my daughter up to local trig. We had to turn round though due to the white out

    I'm looking at a 'winter solstice sunrise' thing on top of Ilkley Moor tomorrow morning, if I can get up there.
    At least the bog shouldn't be a problem...
