    4a.m. SS! I am impressed!

Thanks Amex for your organising and for the surprise fantastic stuff. And thanks everyone for your patience, when I was lagging behind Next year I will keep up. Speaking of which, if staying out til 4 is the order of the day I should brush up on my partying skills as well

How many sleeps til next XOTF?

< cries > and feels even more sorry for herself for missing a top event even though I have bought myself a consolation prize from which I am currently typing and accessing the internet: a cute little netbook

Weather is glorious here and the hills look very attractive with a powedering of frost on them... but I can't go out, as I still have a bit of a temperature. Mind you, my leg was hardly dragging anymore when I went to Curry's earlier, to buy the netbook, which is good news!

    Ok what a fantastic weekend.
got to say the girls scrubbed up well for the evening.
Mountain Goatess should be called Mountain Goddess
One hill wonder just looked incredible in that top
and Emmi just seems to look gorgeous on or off the fells.
    right, drooloing and perving over.
Thanks Amex for a great weekend and for all the time you have obviously spent getting this together. it was a great route yesterday and the mulled wine fixed my knee long enough to get me to the end of the run. respect to them that were in shorts and T shirts
I have never laughed so much for a long time. nice to meet merrylegs, mrs merrylegs and the two minilegs.
SteveS was definitely a nifter mover on the dance floor but also Amex had some nifty moves. as for the girls dancing...oops..alreadt drooled that one.
I hope everyone got back through the snow. i had to turn round a couple of times to find a road home that was not blocked so i don't think i will be going to work tomorrow.
cant wait for next XOTF (if my knee is better by then)
PS the guy at the Crow Park was asking me who Al Fowler was but i pretended i did not know him

That sounded good fun, really pee'd off to have missed it, right choice in the end though if I'd have got there there's no way I'd have gotten home, it's snowing like hell here.
