    Well what can I say. To be honest probably nothing that has not already been said.

    First of all though, what an awesome bunch of people/athletes/runners. As someone who does not venture to the fells that often, I was made to feel really welcome and felt as if I was out with a group of old friends on a training run.

    Ammex you are a legend mate, cheers for the half way 'fill your boots' treat. I have always thought that fell runners have a special persona that I could not quite put my finger on, but this group just confirmed this for me.

    This may have been covered already, but did anyone see Great Uncle Bulgaria and more importantly what happened to Lola? I was hoping to raise the issue of my chafing problems with her...
