    Old Doubleyou perfected the skill
    Of drinking whilst running downhill
    But he hurdled a gate
    Just a second too late
Now his voice is decidedly shrill.

    This is impressive stuff lads!

    Freckle slurps on some port
and snaffles 5 types of cheese
    Whilst somewhat dreading tomorrow
And being brought to her knees
    By some sand dunes
    and a task master brother

Mmmm..not as good but I have been on the booze for about 8 days now (oh yes...wot an athlete!)

After 8 Christmas days on the drink
Young Freckle she had a quick think.
"With these dune runs I'll reach
    That there nudist beach"
She said with a sly little wink.

(in the voice of Jazz Club man) "Nice..."
'Old Doubleyou' - excellent use of the necessary sylables HHH
as the japanese would surely say...

    Drunken old dog
mistimes leap of barbed wire gate
    falsetto results

I've seen people sunbathing at Seaham before now, so there are some hardy people around.

    Re: Today's poet

    Tired and emotional

    Sneaking about on the thread,
    When everyone's going to bed,
    My wonderful drunken soliloquy,
I've forgot the words, Oh silly me,
And fell down the stairs head first.

I wish i hadn't snook on the thread,
As i wouldn't have broken me head,
    My elegant verse and rhyme,
    Turned into literary crime,
All because i drank to much wine.
