Not really daz... will be focussing on racing the bik eproperly, so fell running will be only of the screaming quad variety
Anni Waltz is high on the agenda though, paired with riding some seriously steep passes on the bike for the weekend
Mind you, I am toying with the idea of the Kepler Challenge in New Zealand on 5 december... That will fit in well with a season of cycling... Enough time to build up running again after a cycling season
I'll be Anni-Waltzing - reckon that'll be a good Ponies meet-up
nearest I'll get to your way on before then, will be recce'ing part (not all!) of the Meirionnydd Round - but I don't think it's a suitable route for bikes!
