I am wanting to get some rollers Daz... Trying my coaches on Tuesday and if I like it, I will buy some...

Went out on the road today... easy ride to Abergavenny and back... 36 kms... In the sun, great to be out there, but cold but my new winter jacket is brilliant! I did not get cold... Got a pinch flat about 2 kms from home and just ran home with the bike, as I could not be bothered to change the tube in the cold and icey wind...

Now I can do it in the comfort of my sitting room

    Whoop whoop

Two hours 45 minutes on the bike this morning 75 kms... so 27 km/hr average... not bad, as I have to still take it easy... Tagged onto the club run for a bit as well, as I cane accross them and we overlapped. Won't be that long or I can join them again

Thanks Merry, I hope so too...

Going to call the docs and bring my blood tests forward to see if they are clear, so I can start proper training and do a lactate treshold test, VO2 max test and establish my max HR on the bike...

Toff, it was icey here too... you are right to be careful, especially after your nasty fall last year I was being very careful...

the guy who opened that branch originally was a Keighley Runner, he gave double discount to KCAC members - I assume this will stand when you are serving us.
