A great race, through beautiful scenery. A favorite of mine but it always clashes with Wuthering Hike(HH)

It's a very runnable course set in great countryside. Navigation wise it's not too difficult either. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Emmilou, see separate thread. Now 21st March subject to confirmation.

There were 247 entered when the decision was made! Limit 250 but expect there will be a few dropouts. It'll be a nice day out in March. Week after the Hobble so I should hopefully reach my targets for March.

Missed this Gordon, sorry. week after the Hobble is Edale so can't do it now. However I did get my shiny new LDWA members card today

Last time I did it it was a very sunny/frosty day and the reservoirs looked sooo picturesque....I wished I'd had my camera!

Can somebody clue me in with kit requirements and confirm that it actually starts from Threshfield. The on-line info for this is sparse to say the least and some even refers to a 27 mile route starting off from Bolton Abbey. A good link to the current route wouldn't go amiss either.
