Ah well thats my last alcoholic beverage till Friday, so much for a pint a day eh!

I was just about to make a nice strong mug of tea. I've never thought about caffeine keeping me awake! Mind, I must have 10 mugs a day

I have a fair few, but never drink it after 4-5pm otherwise it interferes with my sleep a bit

Ale on the other hand, is the perfect sleep activator

Caledonian - Deuchars
Hopstar - Lush (Probably the best Ale you'll ever drink, trust me!)

It was with much regret that I had to leave Plum Bums pub tonight.

I finer pint of Farmers Pale Ale (AKA Rescue Ale) I have not had. A lovely drop. But alsa I was driving
