A bike with gears backwards? Downhill? Never tried... But when I used to play bike polo I rode the fixie backwards

And another turbo session done last night...

Got some normal blood tests back now, so I am doing a test tonight on the turbo to establish my lactate treshold... then it will be training properly from now on!

Two road rides planned for the weekend too, one shortish and easy, one longer and HILLY

Just had a great ride in flaky snow and pure sunlight . No ill effects from the forced rest.

i cant wait for my new bike to arrive. managed 30 miles on the old bike last Sunday in the Dales. first exercise since I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago and first time on the bike for 8 months. hope to be running again this week
Just joined Kent Valley Road Club in Kendal so will try a few time trials this summer and see how it goes.

Yep, turbo for me too, only I don't know the distance, I only look at time, efforrt and hr right now... Waiting to get my iMagic to work, so I can see my power output as well...

Distance seems a bit strange on a turbo...

155 so far this week, another 110 planned (and some miles running too!). Have even thought about doing a bit of racing
