How much water does one need to take for the full route?
I notice that many of the runners in last year's race only had a bum bag so can't have carried much.
Camelbacks were in evidence further down the field. Is there anywhere to fill up on route?
(Dale Head Tarn, I know, but it might be a bit late by then!)

Theres a stream you cross on the way from esk hause to broad crag
One on the way down the corridor
At or before sty head tarn
On the way down from grey knotts
On the way down from dalehead.
