    Achilles issues seem to be a problem with fell poets atm. Touch of tendinitis in my right. Take it easy Harry Aitch

    Simply came from doing three lots of hills last week rather than one hills and two flatter runs which has been my staple for the past few years. Oh well. I'm still learning. The problem is you never know quite how far from an injury you are.

    It's a little known fact that proto Fell Poet Coleridge used to struggle with achilles problems; especially after he started doing his hill reps on Broad Stand

    Tis true Tup, but our Romanticist fore fathers also had the benefit of Grasmeres finest opium to dull the pain when they were throwing themselves down grade 3 scrambling routes
