Well... both those young ladies are in the category of runners I hadn't set a price for because they haven't done many championship or LDC races over the last few years, but have scored highly in the few they have done.

So to price them I will have to assume that they are going to do a few championship races this year.

For Kate Bailey, the only result I have over the last 3 years is 4th lady at Duddon 2007 in a quality ladies field.
Her price in the fantasy fellrunning is: 3 pints.

Christine Howard is even harder to price because she hasn't competed in the championships for 3 years, but she really is very good.
The price for her is: 5 pints

No way Bill , I wanted those two for two pints or three at most! My final offer, four pints for the pair, what do you say?

Very good runner but navigation lets him down. My mate followed him in his own club race and he turned it in to a road run

Smithies has put a marker down for the club's annual Navigational Cockup trophy that few are going to be able to match.

I did warn everyone on the start line not to follow a CVFR vest, so your mate was warned, So Wood.
Perhaps I should make that "don't follow Smithies?"

On the moor, I did tell him the only man worth following is Mr Logue but he's a little quick for him. The rest of CV laughable in clag. Is he joining your club?
