Are you doing ball heel ball corectly? Maybe you're overdoing it trying to land on the forefoot?

Try relaxing more and you'll find out that you'll do ball heel ball more easily. Maybe you should try focussing on higher cadence (180 or more), landing under center of gravity and not making noise.
