Right, thanks. So teenager with attitude means older/more experienced runners prefferred. So thats why theres a number of runners I'd expect to see in the Lakeland trial entering the TWA and giving the AW a miss.
FourTEENth (by my reckoning) running of AW + Wynn's humour = TWA
And TWA = Teenager with Altitude not Attitude. More humour

Stunning route! on the cards for next year, may even try and run around that one weekend, some lovely sections on that.
The TWA is alot longer with loads more climbing....it bumbles off up some other fells before eventually hitting robinson and continuing the normal Anni Waltz route.
Its for the hard-core amongst us.
