Sadly it seems the O Phoenix clashes with the SLMM, otherwise I would love to come back on a warm and sunny day!

The Glow sticks were put out for the race, the green arrows werent anything to do with the hardmoors, just orange ribbon and glow sticks. It was bloody wet saw more when i ran at night on the 110

    Thanks for that
I had a great time, especially in retrospect!
The free massage must have been great because I could run tonight- legs not sore at all, just an ache under one foot arch.
Hope all the marshalls have dried out and warmed up- Thanks to you all

Here's a neat report of the event from Brian Mc. Ta for tip from SwimmingDunce.

My recovery ha been good, as is often the case for muscles-friendly trail events. Felt a bit beaten up on Monday, but nothing outright stiff/sore. Fine on Tues, although not saying i'm good enough to recommence running as yet.
