Yeah, pretty fast running I think, never done it, but know the trails apart from the 'bog'. May try and do it this year.

I'm not sure he graced Iron Maiden with his presence but No 218 is Phil Guerrier, a fine runner on his day.... Plus "Guerrier" is French for warrior, so he wouldnt have looked out of place in Iron Maiden (perhaps).....
Does anyone agree with me that the photo of Burnsall on P32, captioned British Championship 1990, is from the mid 80s instead??
