    Heather is fine at our section of the race as there is usually a good track due to the kind front runners smashing it down for us.

    PS, TF is correct about the laces, it can have the best triple bows undone in seconds

    No its the secret turn just after the last wall corner when you run to a shooting butt and take the left path that takes you back to the style at Brownhill. Best line I have ever taken and when viewed on google earth looks perfect.

    By the way, it was rather dark and a bit misty on Tuesday night when we were at the wall corner.....but it appeared to me as though a lot of the heather had been burnt off this year? That'd make it a lot easier!

    This will be only my 2nd run since Ian Roberts although im thinking of testing my ankle tonight
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
