    I call the main climb "up the middle" the real big end is the last climb in the FTOP further to the right.

    Arse, i've got physio at 10.15 that morning i could still make it but one thing i do know is that my ITB will be very sore decisions...

    Looking over to Pendle from pinhaw today looks like theres still lots of snow about, i went round the route 2 weeks ago t'was boggy then so by now it will be super sloppy.
