Out on the road this morning, just over two hours, 66 kms or so... BF's clubrun, not too hard at least, as I am still suffering a bit from a cold.

Tomorrows ride will be in Majorca

Let's hope for some dry, warm and sunny weather!

Just cleaned the bike, it was after riding in the rain, sleet and god knows what

Apparently not as bad as it looked! The Danish girl got back on the bike and completed the race

Was a wheezing, coughing 12 miler on the SS crosser, good to be out though and back in the land of the living after a brush with pneumonia

Derailleur wraped itself round the rear spokes and locked the back up solid.

Only 19 mile into my ride.

Mrs Staggers taxi to the rescue.

Lucky thing was I was on a down hill section but only doing 25 mph. 5 minutes earlier I had just hit a top speed of 49mph.

Flat out and exhausted at the finish. Way tooooo much wind for my liking.
