Sub 28How about extra points for the proportion you beat yer pb by? That way you'd get bonus for tonight. Just wouldn't wanna be the one to do the maths! Alternatively just run faster next time!

What a superb race!!
Almost didn't make it in time, as the M1 was crawling at 35-40MPH all the way from Carr-Gate (M1/M62 interchange) to almost Calder Grove (jct 39), then an apparant diversion for traffic through Dodworth & Silkstone Common slowed the journey down
I think I did manage to find the deepest hole in the 2nd river crossing though, as it was above knee-deep!
I'll freely admit to walking a while up the hill after the 3rd crossing, as I was suffering a bit
Still, I managed 33:05 (68th/219), so I was happy
