Wooden legs, If you are a vet your average time for last year becomes your starting PB for the following year

Eg My PB to beat this year was about 29.30 but the fastest time I ran last year and my real PB was 28.58.

Just noticed I came 4th vet but I was the only one in the top 4 to get a pb so..... I'm leading the vet Class !!!!!!!!

Try 2 mins off the PB - my head told me to slow down - but I wanted to see how fast I could go.....relying on the mud and sat/sun race making my legs tired in order for me to beat that now I think....

I'm not sure it's possible to have as much fun as that in 30 mins of doing anything although I probably need to get out more.

Well done to everyone last night, some cracking PB's despite the conditions by the sounds of it! I was 50seconds short of my PB, bit disappointed my legs died a bit at the end but just coming back after a month off so hopefully I'll do some damage to my PB over the coming races!

Yet another brilliant Trunce, thanks to everyone involved! Even managed to get my car out of the field with little drama at the end!
