This race has style (or should I say stile ~ all 22 of them)
11 on the way out and 11 on the way back, dont let that put you off, lots of people love this race and you hardly notice the stiles.....honest !
If you're really going for it it's possible to vault a couple of them
Others like them as it gives them a 'rest'

Anyone got a map of the route?
I've looked at my OS of the area. Can see Liver Hill and the Sports Centre, but there apear to be loads of tracks between the two.
I take it isn't a choose your own route as others mention 11 styles out and back.
Flagged all the way, but this will help.

Good turnout considering the weather. 194 altogether including 53 juniors.
Results are now up on our club website and have been sent to Brett for inclusion on the Fra website.
This race is a memorial race for Harry Aspinall who was a founder member of Rossendale Harriers and a mighty fine fell runner.
