Who asked you to chip in Winterburn? - you get back to chatting with your new found friends on the front row to any start line. We've disowned you and you can't come make your way back either. 3.24 at Edale indeed - I hope you choked on any self congratulatory post race indulgence.

Excited now about what my re-set PB will be - I do hope that all the excellent performances over the last 3 years as a should be vet are not taken into account Kingsnail.

Looks like it's going to be another cold & wet one tonight.

I just hope that the M1 isn't as badly snarled up as it was for 'Trunce 1', I was almost late (certainly didn't have any time for a decent 'warm-up'!!!)

I thought the run up to the bridge was the warm up

At least we should be able to get on the field to park today, it should be nice and firm.

    Re: Trunce

Well in the eyes of the Trunce I am now officially a vet. After clinging to the last vestiges of my youth after being named incorrectly as a senior for the last 2 years it seems the path to my ultimate destination is now well and truly set.

Ta for sorting Kingsnail and now my PB has been re-set I welcome any tips from Trunce stalwarts on successfully beating one's own PB by 5 sec's or less on each outing.....

By the bridge, I'm usually puffing & panting away, trying to maintain my position

It must be a lot drier down there, it's been 'tipping it down' at Wakefield since before 05:00

Not sure how M1 will be but at least the A628 at Silkstone is back open for anyone coming from that direction.
