Nice fast seven mile bash through Fulwood, Lodge Moor and around the Porter Valley. Final third even faster due to sudden onset of stomach bug.

5 miles Exactly (there was chalk on the road to prove it!!) in a strong cold wind in 29.30 from Oxspring (Trunce country)
