Without looking through all 218 pages, I guess some 'forumites' bikes have been featured?

So, here's part of my 'menagerie'

1. My old Raleigh 531 commuter. I turned the frame into this abstract shape (Feb 1997) upon hitting an abandoned car, after being dazzled by opposing traffic, & subsequently finding myself partially on the back-seat (via the rear-window)

2. Raleigh Optima (Reynolds 853 tubing, bought to replace the 531)

3. 'Yellow Peril'. Another old commuter/training bike, now deposed by the Dyna-Tech
I look quite chunky there, as it was not long after a return to riding after a (4 or 5 year) layoff

4. Dyna-Tech 755Ti. Bought new in 1994, & my 'best-bike' until the Ridley arrived in November 2008

5. Ridley Orion. I do like the funky tube profiles, as they're differant ('Clover Leaf' shaped top-tube anyone?)
It's on differant tyres (Continental Grand-Prix's) now, so that pic must have been just after I got it

Nice bikes, but don't dare post them on the Tripetalk forum.... Way too many small chainrings, and other photographic errors...

My new Sella Italia Time saddle with carbon rails turned up today, it weighs very little and paired with the carbon Record seat post shouldn't top much more than 2o0 grammes.

Is anyone riding out to the Circuit of the Dales on Sunday? A certain Mark Holton may well be getting a new CR if the day is right. He came within 20 seconds of Bradley Wiggins L101 record last weekend and is going like a train.

Err yes Im going to keep nagging her about that helmet

Its true its virtually impossible to keep a straight back when TTrialing. But when im roading along I always try to keep mine as straight as possible. It does make a difference for me.

Ha, I picked up a "sperm hat" of eBay with the intention of using it in France. I wore it for the first time at the weekend for a fast 50 miler. It fitted really well, but despite it being about 6 degrees C sweat was dripping of my nose within 5 miles. I reckon I'll need a better ventilated helmet. I don't think I can get an Atmos past the wife, but I'm hoping to get a Uvex FP1 for my birthday .

My new helemt has arrived... It fits It will be tested on my ride later on today... will feed back if it dents my forehead and causes a headache like the old one... If so, it will be an expensive desaster
