If you are I don't think my legs will be up to it after Scotland (unless you are desperate for support). I feel a bit beat up at the moment. Especially when considering how tough I found the support last time.

The Highland Fling was a bit of a disappointment, I set off a bit quick and tried desperately to hang on. Pretty pleased with the placing though. Sub 9 hours next year.

Its in two weeks
Rob hasn't missed much, a fairly grotty day up here. Cold, some drizzle (not heavy) and strong wind - would not be pleasant to run into.
