47 miles, which is about the furthest I've ever cycled, and made harder by me having spent the last 4 months or more being a complete couch potato. Was a good day out, and a gentle wake up call that I have become way too lazy in recent months.
Now I'm going to sleep.....

I am looking out for one Ady... preferably second hand... as well as a pointy helmet, only for Daz, as a reversed cap is apparently quicker in TT-ing... and for TT-ing, even though helmets are recommended, they are not compulsory!

Pointy hat with visor saves the most watts apparantly Han and no helmet v normal helmet is more aerodynamically efficient. I don't like time trialling, road racing any day.
