.Oh by the way its on saturday the 17th April 2010.All you need to do is pm me i will give you my registration number you give this to the organisers and they will give you your race number and away you go.

Running with walking breaks is a great way to go.
I'm entered in this event, but when I was running home from work this afternoon (@ 14:15), I felt a 'bit of a twinge' behind my left knee.
It's still feeling a bif iffy when I'm walking upstairs, so I'm hoping it's okay in the morning - have to have a quick run around the block before driving down to Derbyshire.
If it doesn't feel alright, I might not go, as I don't want to exacerbate it
I'd rather know that I'm okay for 'Trunce 2' on Monday evening
