I only had a bit of soup and a sarni although I splurged on a carrot cake last Thursday and I nearly saw that again! It wasn't race pace and max I saw was 180 so not quite as intense as a fast run.
Al, I find I can easily eat right before a hard ride or race on the bike... Not so running...

I am getting some prescription wraparounds... going to the opticians for them later... Bit expensive, as only Oakleys go as high as my prescription :S
An hour or so on the "patio". Strangely felt a bit like the pave from Cardiff to Ponty and back
27 mile 1800' of climb mainly in to a slight breeze but GREAT to be out. 14.5mph average
I think I will start using metric it sound further and looks faster.
