i run for Rossendale Harriers, just to clarify the vest is blue with a darker blue strip please note i wsan't wearing posty shorts they inhibit the tan you see

most of the K&C lot knew who i was! see you at mythemroyd or erm merley clough or erm not sure need to check with Lord Pudgy for next race list..
