    LOL

My cycling is ok at the moment, it is the running where I am lacking, but been out for an ickle run for the first time since mid February... So maybe it will improve...

Done 100 or so this week on the bike but in the morning a few of us will be Yorkshire bound for a hilly & brisk 85. Good tanning weather

Tanning weather indeed! I will be in the car in the morning, driving a commissaire at the Welsh RR Champs, but in the afternoon I shall be out on the crosser for a couple of hours or so... It was time I sharpened up the cycling tan!

Don't know anything about a ladder, but having seen you directing the traffic at the Wuthering Hike (nice dress btw) I think it's fair to say my backside will suffer less than yours on a bike

One of my fave rides today up into the Yorkshire Dales and through Littondale and over Halton Gill. Great cycling weather with a good group of lads. 83 miles at 18.5 with a top speed of 47.4 on the descent into Stainforth.
