    Thumbs up Hot Hot Hot!!

    Cracking short race this one, absolutely sweltering in the fields down in the valley, lovely on the fells.
    As expected it was awesome watching how it should be done when the leaders came flying down as we were half way up.
    Good run Al F.
    Big thanks to Glaramara Activity Center, local farmers and marshalls etc, hope to be back next year.
    Good to meet Linda from Clayton, she gave me a lesson on how to jog uphill, I'm still working on that.

    Bloody hell Al well done, Also well done Will. I know Coniston was to bloody hot today, who were ahead of you then Al ?

    Then two lads that I cant remember their names of from borrowdale - I'll have a look on the results from the last few races to see if I remember them.

    Paul Cornforth was 2nd - I think.

    I cant remember who was 3rd.

    Great running then Dannys going well, and Borrowdalers are Borrowdalers bloody good fell runners.

    I see a Wharfedale lady won her race...must be the week she has just spent in Newlands - she's going native!!
