Hey up all,
Jonathon Whilock has just done the Paddy Buckley this weekend in 22.37 he was strong as a bull, allthough looked a little jaded on leg 5 ,to be expected i suppose.
He burnt me out on leg1 just as well Kate Bailey was on this leg as well, I dropped off at Tryfan and let supporters know he was on his way,..... Another great weekend with great people, weather, food and beer all excellent.
Dale got an electric shock from a fence at 3am in clag, that woke him up....that will teach him for being in front, all the others then missed it ps he burnt out a few other legmen as well on his way around.

Have a good un marra, ran 14 miles this week and cycled 42, most i've done for yonks!

75 mile cyclo-sportive in the dales on sunday with mates, pint of Guinness at the end.

The old fitness will return slowly..............the old fitness was slow anyway
