I'll be helping with some marshalling on this but coming at speed straight from work so could do with some information on where exactly in Barnoldswick the race is being held. The GR in the calendar centres on a hilltop enclosure at the end of a walled lane, where there is a viewpoint and close by some public conveniences. The area is marked as a country park and named Letcliff Hill, you would get to it by turning off the B6251. Is this the exact correct location?

I think I am going to have to miss it after falling over my bike last week and bashing my knee, while clipped into one pedal (well i was opening a gate and chatting at the same time).
What is the route to and from the fell? Is it from park down Manchester Road, left past Bancroft Mill, left turn to pick up original route and back same way?
A bit of fast up hill road to a couple of fields of moor. A queuing stile where I think Anti Pants hopped over the wall last year and got some abuse. The downhill road/track . Then gradual climb of moor up to the top of the hill-all runnable for you. Then a steep down and up loop back up to the top of weets, then repeat the outward journey.
