I tend to hover around weeks 3 - 4 to be honest. I have a bit of a push (once made the beginning of week 5!) - then the lazy-bum in me emerges and I slip back again. I suppose being at that kind of level isn't too bad. But maybe I should have yet another go![]()

Update to my post on the 27th May when I mentioned that I was trying to do the 100 press-up challenge by increasing the amount by 1 per day,
Doing ok so far up to 42 this morning, have also included doing sit-ups at the same rate, so 42 of them as well.
Still not sure if this is going to work, but so far so good.

Update from June 19th last post.
Have moved on to 55 today, still increasing by one per day, so far have not missed any days.
Also have now added squats to press ups and sit ups. So 55 of each.
Still not sure if this is going to work, obviously it is getting harder each day, especially the press ups having aching arms from the previous day.
Only 45 days to go!!
