Off work so I went for a longish run as it was much cooler out there today. 13 miles and about 2000' climb taking in Top of Pike, Top of Leach, Whittle Pike, Tom Hill and Knowl Hill following the Knowl Hill Fell Race route back to the finish from there.

Had a lovely 5mi run round Bolvoir woods in Belfast with Mad Mick. Very much appreciated you showing me round your back yard. Cheers mate.

Look forward to seeing you round Pendle way.

A 5 miler over east Torside to Bleaklow & Snake Top. A day out with the school kids over Bleaklow, then the reverse back to the car. Top day out, best quote "Compasses are cool!"

Started at Cray and went over Buckden Pike and Great Whernside and finished at Yarnbury. 11.5 miles with 2000ft of ascent 2hrs 20mins. Its a good time to run up that way its as dry as you will get it at the moment.

I did the PPP's on Saturday and started round again on Sunday, However the weather was so bad that paths were flooded on Whernside, After I had dropped back to the aquaduct some of the streams were white foaming streaks down the hillside.
