well they're not brand spanking new, but good point about the tread
thanks - looks like roclites it is then.
They fit my feet better (more snuggly) than any other shoe I have, so they're pretty stable, but I wish they were lower profile...
Think I'll add this to my list aswell :-)
although Ive heard people suffer for days afterwards...dont fancy that with Snowdon coming up!

Yeah, looking forward to it despite the forecast. Shropshire on tour! My first race with a single big ascent and descent. got to try to deal with the friction on the sole issue - giving me grief on the last couple of races. Maybe I'll sack off the shoes and just strap ice packs to my feet - it's unconventional ...but it might just work.
