8 x 2 mins off 1 min jog. On grass. Very good. 15 mins warm up/down.

Got home late, was pissing down and windy. Have put off my 13mile marathon pace run until tomorrow.

Me too, Emm, but my sister is coming up for the weekend but her and her family DO NOT RUN

Should be a noisy w/e but quiet on the running front.

It's nice and sunny here, 30 C and the pool is lovely.
