Today's Bike Ride

13 mile at top speed in a club bi-athlon race.
I did the bike and a little Thirza did the run.

Hann Im hankering for a pair of those SIDI shoes. What sort are they. Ive always had specialized. Does thou know if the sizes are about the same.
Oh and your tan lines are showing and I like the welsh socks

Yes, it is the Qoroz Race Won. I LOVE that bike! Just recieved a new set of tyres in the post too, blue stripes! The yellow stripes go with my old bike LOL

They are lovely shoes Daz... my present to myself when I got the all clear from the doctors back in february... They are Sidi Laser Red Vernice... Tan lines are showing because I changed clubs and therefore kit. The new clubkit is giving me different tan lines LOL!

I was on the turbo this morning, doing sprint efforts at highest resistance... and on the track for 3 hours yesterday, hard session but excellent training! Got to build my strength and speed...

How does the 631 compare to your Rourke Daz? I keep wondering whether to upgrade the groupset on the 631 that I've got.
